Delh HC will hear today ex-cricketer and BJP MP Gautam Gambhir's defamation case against Punjab Kesari newspaper.

Gambhir has sued the paper, its editor and two reporters for a bunch of allegedly defamatory articles it carried.

#Breaking Delhi HC asks Ashneer Grover and BharatPe not to use 'unparliamentary' and 'defamatory' language against each other

The court asked the counsels appearing for Grover and BharatPe to advise their clients on the same.

The order was passed after BharatPe moved to court stating that every since Delhi Police registered FIR against Grover, he has been making defamatory tweets against the company.
During the course of the hearing, Justice Prateek Jalan expressed his displeasure at the kind of language being used by both parties.
"If you have both decided to enter the gutter, then please remain there," the bench remarked.
