- Show your players what they get when following you

- Imagine your profile as a newspaper or media outlet, each post needs to have a purpose towards the bigger goal of your page

- Pick 1 topic you or your game should be known for
- Show tricks & tips for your game

- Start with one platform and master it

- Only add one link, too many options can cause concern and decision paralysis in some people, so they just leave.
(Only add 2 if you want to segment your funnel)
> Your bio answers "Why should I listen to you?"
> Your pinned tweet answers "What are you good at?"
> Your link in bio answers "What's the lowest commitment I can give you and still get value from you?"
Last but not least, if you want to pitch your game, always do a native pitch, don't hard sell, example:

β€œIf you are a strategy game lover and want to test your knowledge against the strongest systems, here’s how you can test your skills.”

This might shock you, but I am actually not a marketer.

Just teaching myself the skills I want to have to later build my own games better faster.

I studied computer science and then went self-taught artist and became an art lead through sheer willpower and dedication.
Also I am a big introvert and most of the time get really drained, when I am at events or in large groups.

The last shocking truth about me is, that I was for a really long time a top 100 diablo 3 hardcore player.
I have been playing games with a competitive spirit during my university years, while I was also delivering pizza.

Today I am only playing casual games.
But that's another story.

"Are the GIFs for my game any good?..."

Is that you?

Here are 7 Steps to better game GIFs!
πŸ§΅πŸ‘‡

Making GIFs quick is an integral part of being able to market your game well.

Video content in general helps a lot in selling your idea.

Not every content is equal.
What makes good content great?

1) Pick a goal for your content first
2) Choose the right tool
3) test & track
Unsure how to go about it?

In our Hero Journey we first think of the purpose!
(You can find the link in bio, if you are interested)

Once you know the purpose of your content you can start thinking about the animation to convey the goal.

This is what to look out for:

We have just streamlined our entire Patch Note process and made the systems available for the devs in our program.

I created these patch notes in less than 30 mins.

Here is an overview of how we do it.
So you can build your own system.
πŸ§΅πŸ‘‡
First we have a few pre-written Patch Notes available for the devs in our program.

Some more detailed, some less.

Here you see one of our shortest Patch Note structures, you may use it, if you like. Image
With one click you create a draft for your template.

Helping you sort information quickly, so you have more time for things you really want to do.

You simply fill out the changes.

Feeling unproductive?

Your game takes forever to finish?

I listed you a few fun productivity principles in the thread below!

πŸ§΅πŸ‘‡
Here is what you will learn:

- 90/10 Rule
- 80/20 rule
- "One Thing"
- "Kaizen"
- "Eat That Frog"
- "SMART"
- "Five Whys"

Let's go!
✨90/10 rule:

Spend 90% of your time and resources on generating results.

Spend the remaining 10% on activities that help you improve and learn.

Applies to business, personal growth or game dev alike.

We are building this program called the "Hero Journey".

The idea is based on the narrative concept of "the Hero's Journey", where we want to help game devs grow and help them create awesome games.

Fight through obstacles together and ultimately make good games. Image
We only launched our program last December and we are still in a pilot phase.

Let's cut to the chase.

I am not going to bore you.
