So let me give you chronology corresponded with observations by SC!

.@mieknathshinde Ji revolted against जनाब Uddhav Thackeray & showed Distrust in his leadership.

AFTER THAT...then Opposition leader @Dev_Fadnavis Ji with 106 BJP MLAs & 7 other independent MLAs wrote letter to Governor to direct Uddhav Thakrey to prove majority.

.@mieknathshinde Ji wrote to Governor that 39 Shivsena MLAs have authorised him to withdraw from MVA Govt.

Everything was on record. Also,
.@mieknathshinde Ji had more than 2/3 Party MLAs with him & so Anti-defection Law wasn't applicable.

AFTER CROSS-CHECK, Governor issued letter on 28 June 2022 to Uddhav Thackeray to prove his majority.

SC HAS OBSERVED THIS IN VERDICT!

Uddhav Thakrey reached SC against Governor's order to conduct floor-test.

SC refused to stay & said “IT DOESN'T FIND ANY GROUND TO STAY TRUST VOTE"!

In short, SC didn't say that Governor acted in unconstitutional manner.

SC also said that result of trust vote will be subject to final outcome of this writ petition.

Means, SC had STILL kept doors open for Uddhav Thackeray in case any illegality found in appointment of Assembly Speaker & WHIP incharge..Result of Trust Vote could be nullified.

Politically Immature & फट्टू Uddhav Thackeray resigned on same day WITHOUT facing Floor-test.

Next day, @Dev_Fadnavis Ji wrote letter to Governor stating that BJP is extending support to .@mieknathshinde Ji to form Govt.

And ACCORDINGLY.... Governor invited .@mieknathshinde Ji to form Govt.

And... #SupremeCourtofIndia has concluded that GOVERNOR WAS RIGHT IN CALLING EKNATH SHINDE TO FORM GOVT!!
