A lot of people on the far right in Ireland seem to be having difficulty understanding why we call them “far-right” so here’s a little explainer for those at the back

If you use "Antifa" (short for anti-fascist) as an insult, you're far-right

If you call everyone who doesn't agree with you "paedophile", you're far-right

If you don’t believe #BLM #Transrightsarehumanrights #LGBTQRights #abortionishealthcare, you’re probably on the far right

Ok, I abbreviated. By #BLM, I meant anti-racism of all kinds. If you don’t believe #refugeeswelcome and that refugees of all colours have an equal right to live here and to accommodation, you’re a racist.

If you joined a protest against refugees being accommodated in a former hotel because they’re “unvetted” but didn’t protest against guests in the hotel, you’re a racist. If you’re a racist, you’re on the far right

If you do not condemn the vicious assault on that 14-year old in Navan strongly and unequivocally, you’re a #homophobe and probably on the far right

By #LGBTQRights , I mean, if you discriminate against people because of their sexuality, you may be a Christofascist. If you want to ban books, drag shows or access to abortion, you may be a Christofascist. If you’re a Christofascist, you’re on the far right

If you don’t believe #transrightsarehumanrights or #sexworkiswork you may be on the far right. On the other hand, you may just be a TERF or a SWERF. Either way, you’re an arsehole

If you believe COVID is a hoax, masks don’t work, if you’re anti-vaxx, WEF are planning the great reset, QANON, deep state etc, you’re a conspiracy theorist nutjob and almost certainly on the far right

So, if someone has called you “far-right” recently, take a good hard look in the mirror. If one or more of the foregoing attributes apply to you, you’re probably on the far right. Either way, you’re an arsehole and you owe it to society to go for a long walk, on a short pier

I put a bit of thought/work into this so RTs very welcome. Hoping to upset some of the "right" people
