Health advice on COVID is utterly broken in the UK thanks to this government. The opposition are not doing enough to challenge it. Lives are being lost in hospitals because masks have been removed. Vaccines are stopping and even going for one is risking an infection with so many
not wearing a mask. CEV children and families have been thrown to the wolves. Long covid patients are gaslit as being overly anxious. Elderly and vulnerable patients are continuing to die in care homes and hospitals every week.
It’s a national health disaster and the consequences of all these lies will last a generation.

I am genuinely shocked that so many GPs seem unaware of COVID risks. They are not reading studies. Following the UKHSA advice on droplets. Don’t know #CovidIsAirborne have constant staff off and an endless stream of hacking patients. Many are uninterested in supporting Cev
Patients in getting the vaccine. I realise that busy GPs don’t have much time to read studies because of the additional pressure on them but please take a look. Covid is not mild.

Another school year starts in September. Let’s make sure that schools this year have #Airfilters. We now know that everyone is at risk from #LongCovid and CEV children have no protection. Please make sure that this Autumn DfE makes this change. Write to your MP, write to DfE
Write to your schools and colleges. Children should not be facing a lifetime of increased health risks from these infections. We must fight harder than ever for change.

This government wants to pretend COVID is over yet hundreds still die every single week. They have even taken away the majority of vaccines from many clinically vulnerable people. What do they think is going to happen? Where are the human rights groups on this?
Still we are expected to carry on living our lives as though there is no increased risk. If this isn’t discrimination then I don’t know what is.
There are no adjustments for most with schools, no masking in hospitals, GP surgeries, dentists, no exemption from Jury service or working from home.

@wesstreeting is Labour going to let the Tories deprive clinically vulnerable children and all children from Covid vaccine boosters? Many cev shielded and are still at risk from COVID we want our children protected and you are not doing enough to help protect these children!
There are now 62,000 children who long covid and over 180 dead from covid. Time to help stop this ideology on COVID that is risking our children’s long term health!
