“Going to a police station. Going to Wan Chai Police Station,” the woman shouted as police bundled her away.
A woman surnamed Cheung and in all black outfit was searched and let go by police. She told reporters police didn’t specify what made her suspicious and only checked her ID and bag. She took the search rather easy, “everyone knows what day is it today.”
“Walk on, don’t stay. There is nothing to see here,” an officer repeatedly broadcast to passengers on Great George St leading to Victoria Park as the force cordoned off a section of the street as their operation zone.
This woman chanted “do not receive knee joint surgery” was quickly taken away by police. The appeal seemed not related to June 4 at all.
A man was taken into the zone for a search as he showed a copy of 35th of May - a script collection of a stage play about #June4 - to reporters. He was bundled away after search.
Activist “Granny Wong” Alexandra Wong was escorted right away into a police van and driven away as she showed up with a bunch of red lilies. Police didn’t even keep her in the zone for a search.
“We want freedom! Hong Kong people don’t be afraid,” this woman chanted while playing a #June4 song on her phone was later taken into a search alongside with another woman. The pair has been taken away.
Appear to be a new setting. Police covered the side of their search booth facing the pedestrian pavement close to CWB MTR exit E with a piece of green cloth so passengers on that side can’t see what’s happening behind the cloth unless they look back from distance.
A total of 7 people are under search. Can’t tell what triggered by their looks.
