Madeline Kingsbury body was found in an area that was previously searched, however body was covered up in such a manner it wasn't found initially. Chief Williams "Law enforcement never gave up, the community never gave up."
Hundreds of tips were thoroughly explored. Focus now is to continue assist w/ every resource available to ensure accurate investigation.
Adam arrested in residence in Mabel, MN w/o incident. Probable cause arrest. Can't comment on whether her body had been there this entire time or moved.
Several questions they're not commenting on. Madeline was in wooded area off gravel road, no further comment. Body found in Filmore County close to Fravel property.
Shoot didn't catch this but something about digital evidence lead them to re-search the area where she was found.
Remains found June 7th 1:30 PM Adam arrested about 4 hours later. Investigator was by himself when Madeline's remains were found.
Sherriff DeGeorge said it's taken a lot of effort by everyone, everyone stepped up and will continue to do that throughout trial.
Largest search of 36 year career, over 2000 people assisted in finding Madeline.
Need to review all witness statements, wait for ME report.
Not prepared to comment on children, that's in the hands of CPS.
1) Attorneys and Judge Adrian are talking about the Bliefnick divorce file as it will be presented to the jury today. Tim’s attorney, Casey Schnack, asked that the state not highlight certain parts of the case for the jury.
2) Prosecutor Josh Jones said it’s his case and he can highlight any part he wishes and said Schnack can do the same thing. Jones said the entire divorce proceeding will be available to the jury. Judge Adrian sides with the prosecution.
3) Tim Bliefnick is wearing a brown pullover and slacks in court today. Walks in stoic and takes his seat.
