A very good attacking fullback who managed six goals and was key to Fyldes promotion last season, would be a great move all around.

First of all, the system Luke Williams played last season and tactical approach he took is probably the most in depth tactical approach I’ve ever seen in the National League.

Williams demands his goalkeeper to be comfortable and confident on the ball, it’s the way he plays - playing out from the back was almost unheard of at NL level but it was a demand Williams had.

Burton Albion currently only have eight players under contract although they have offered new deals to a further eight players.

So with none of them currently confirmed and 3/8 players playing the same/similar position, I am going to go through 11 possible signings I think would suit Burton Albion and help them kick on next season.

A thread on #DRFC early start to the window and what I feel is needed to return to League One. (🧵)

After relegation to L2 in 2022 they had another very poor season last year finishing 18th and not ever putting a run of games together.

I think they big thing I struggled to see was what direction the club was heading in and what sort of team they was. They wasn’t necessarily a possession based team and they lacked the quality to be a counter attacking team, so I did struggle to see what way the club was going.

After speaking and taking a deeper dive into Morecambe FC and seeing that Morecambe currently only have six players registered for the upcoming season means they’ll need at-least 15 signings in the next couple of months.

I did a smaller thread with five players and I’m going to add a further 15 players who I think Morecambe could/should sign - it’s a mixture of experience and youth but I can’t help but feel this isn’t a healthy way of running a club
