#Hate and #Racism still exist but they are not as obvious as before, at least not for most people. #Racism is just evil and it likes to hide in the darkness. What does it do? It pools together until it becomes strong enough to be a threat. Like roaches breeding or rats.
Unfortunately, sometimes #Racism find dark recesses in our institutions and it grows. Law enforcement has been one and maybe it’s because there isn’t enough oversight because police like to police their own. So the few bad apples cause problems with deadly consequences…
I do believe the majority of law enforcement are good but just a few can ruin a reputation and cause major problems. We have to keep pressure for accountability on. #Racism needs to be weeded out from anywhere and everywhere so it can’t pool and grow.
How do we defeat #Racism? We shine a light and keep it from finding refuge in darkness! Lately the @GOP has been providing shade for groups to grow #racism and that has to stop. Never give darkness refuge. Be a light!
