Number 10 breaking all the rules is vitally important to those of us with higher risk relatives. We have been campaigning for over three years for protection for children in schools and clearly this government has no interest or shows any respect whatsoever to vulnerable people.
The opposition has rarely mentioned clinically vulnerable children. Need I point out over 180 children are dead and 62,000 has long covid. While these uncaring Tories have been in government so many lives continue to be lost every week. They need to be held to account.
When will protecting life matter? This is a government that has zero interest in providing a level of safety. They have demonstrated how much they care about us by this display of callous indifference.

Hundreds of millions of people are now going to need long term healthcare for long covid. It should concern everyone. 1 in 10 infections are leading to long covid. This will impact every family if we continue to allow rolling infections at these levels. The government is doing
nothing to suppress them. They have stopped vaccinations for the majority of the population increasing the risk of transmission, death and disability. It’s not just vulnerable who die from covid infections.
Covid causes a large array of long term health risks..

This message is for Hospital trusts #NHSTrusts #GPs There are many thousands of people who are vulnerable and in a very difficult situation with #COVID that need safe access to medical care for some of the following reasons:
1. They are immunocompromised and have an allergy so can’t be vaccinated
2. UKHSA isn’t offering all cev vaccines who are still high risk. They are continuing to narrow the criteria and are leaving many with lung/heart/kidney conditions out in the cold.
3. Children who shielded
are now not all being vaccinated. These children were indoors for 20 months and many are understandably anxious at now not having vaccine protection.

#LongCovid is fundamentally important to the #CostofLivingCrisis in two ways.
1. 1 in 10 infections lead to long term care #LongCovid. If you can’t work you can’t pay the bills. Many have become homeless who have long covid.
2. Long covid is causing high levels of staff …
shortages, which is causing inflation to spiral as employers are forced to raise wages to try to find staff.
This government are playing down the importance of these shortages from long covid. 1 in 10 infections are leading to long covid. This situation will continue to deteriorate until they start to address covid infections. #Denial

@AmnestyUK Will you support clinically vulnerable people who are dying before their time in hospitals? This is due to Tory government policies on removing masks and high levels of hospital infections for an airborne virus. There is a poor lack of infection control.
This is compounded by the removal of many vulnerable peoples access to antivirals/vaccines. Only a small restricted group have access to vaccines and to obtain one means visiting an unsafe vaccine centre operated by non mask wearing staff.
Think how you would feel if you had Cancer or other vulnerable family members. This is a gross abuse of human rights. Never before have hospitals been allowed to drop testing and have such poor control. So many are dying, it’s a violation of human rights. Masks are preventive

Every week in the UK hundreds of people are dying all year around in hospitals. This is because we have an airborne virus and the government guidance is incorrectly based on droplet transmission. Even though medical staff are aware that clinically vulnerable people aren’t all ..
Protected from #COVID by antivirals or vaccines and that many patients of all ages in this group are dying before their time , staff have chosen to follow the government guidelines and not wear a mask.
I realise this isn’t all staff but to the ones who have dropped masks imagine how terrifying it is for patients. Do you think this is kind medical care? Why have you supported the Tories over caring for patients? I am really disappointed in hospitals. #RightToLife

I'm afraid we have a long way to go on the gaslighting. For three long years the government has left clinically vulnerable people inadequately protected for long periods of time against Covid infections
They failed to deliver on Evusheld to over 500k British CEV. They failed to deliver covid vaccines to cev children for 20 months! Whilst babies in the US had long been having them. There were MPs who are still in Parliament spreading anti-vax disinformation.
This disinformation has grossly exaggerated the harms from vaccines and downplayed the risks to children. Even though 10 million children worldwide have been orphaned by transmission.
