@arizonaslaw Maricopa witnesses testify about the "evasive" voter "canvassing" efforts about "voter integrity" by groups like WTP AZ. People went to people's HOMES asking "Did you vote D or R" "Did you get other ballots?". The canvasser yelled at her & pointed her finger. Outrageous & wrong.

Knowing this #LakeVRicher case is a total loser, Kari Lake didn't show up today. After her exchange in the hallway, maybe she was too humiliated to be there again. This tweet was a dramatic reenactment 🤠

Blehm is failing hard. He's challenging & sort of threatening this nice lady who testified about canvassing harassment ("I have pages of her signatures"). They asked her about "dead people voting" and she thought of zombies. 🧟‍♀️

Bryan Blehm questions her about testimony about "broad based unfounded conspiracy theories" as though it's not true. He tries to talk about Trump & the judge is irritated. She was willing to say he's "not my cup of tea". She's done & terrific. As always, he acted like a BLEHM.

Next #LakeVRicher witness: Kristi Passarelli from Maricopa Elections had her personal info doxed. Harassed by creeps, her pics circulated with TRAITOR, calls & death threat emails. She & others left Elections over it. Report abuse. WE NEED LEGISLATION TO PROTECT ELECTION WORKERS!

15-minute break in Kari Lake v Richer finished; Blehm will cross Kristi Passarelli. Blood-thirsty anons driving long-term, dedicated election workers to quit should be a criminal. Blehm, Lake & election deniers know damn well they are inciting this. Hold them accountable: VOTE!

Blehm is cross examining Kristi Passarelli, former veteran of Maricopa Elections. He's trying to intimate that she's voluntarily given up her personal info, citing We The People AZ Alliance videos doxing her. Judge is aggravated & actually says several times to Blehm: STOP IT.

Ms. Passarelli is now clerk of Surprise, AZ. Blehm is asking her salary at Maricopa & Surprise. Blehm is actually trying to intimate that it was money, not the threats, harassment, violence, death threats & doxing, that motivated her to leave Maricopa. Ridiculous clown flailing.

On redirect, Ms. Passarelli says videos of her were streaming. WTP AZ recorded them & combined them with bogus accusations. Blehm fail. CLOSING ARGUMENTS NOW since Lake had all her witnesses bounced. LaRue has begun & asks to find ballot envelopes confidential under 16-168(F).

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge John Hannah could issue a bench ruling in #LakeVRicher, but anything can happen. Maricopa argues in closing that envelopes (which have signatures & many have phone numbers) are not public record. He cites 16-168. Text: azleg.gov/ars/16/00168.h…

Blehm tries to object during Q's from Judge Hannah during Maricopa's closing. Judge brushes off, saying "Be respectful". LaRue describes vile threats to Richer & how inflammed the political climate is. If signatures & phone numbers are released, fear may disenfranchise voters.

Voters may be reluctant to Vote By Mail if they know signatures are public. Or they may not sign, meaning more curing. He brings up Passarelli's testimony about WTP AZ Alliance spreading her info with accusations creating harassment. They want them non-public. Done. #LakeVRicher

Bryan Blehm's closing is unpersuasive & confusing. Judge: Does "voter registration record" mean the same thing in 3 AZ statutes? Blehm: No. He starts talking about that his tattoo when he's in a bathing is PII. What? Thankfully, Judge stops it & shuts it down. #BlehmTattoo

Judge: Why would AZ legislature make one set of signatures private & another not? Blehm: Because it does. Judge says he has to balance the info. Blehm starts & Judge shuts down his attempt to use Judge Napper's ruling (about ballot envelopes). Blehm admits "inflamed passions".

Judge: A Scottsdale Unified School District case ruling was that birth dates were given with an expectation of privacy, but not auto public records. Why is that not applicable? Blehm: They sign on outside envelope, sigs are different from birth dates... Judge not impressed.

Judge notes canvassing BEFORE & AFTER an election. Blehm tries to deny. Judge: Where's the history of going door-to-door AFTER an election? (There isn't.) Blehm: Cleaning voter rolls... anti-Trumpism... Judge says not relevant. Blehm: Canvassing is "what we do in this country".

Blehm ends by trying to be impassioned that private voter information (signatures, voter envelopes) is part of politics & should be public record. Judge not impressed. Blehm done. Judge is taking under advisement & will get a decision out. Lake wasted more resources. #LakeVRicher
