#EastmanTrial Randall "Randy" Miller begins direct Kurt Olsen examination. Background includes Navy Seal until 1989, graduated Georgetown Law, Kirkland & Ellis 1992-1996, started law firms. What a waste he went down as an election subverter & denier representing liars & grifters.

After he was kicked out of one firm he founded, he started his 2nd firm 2/28/21. Says he was a "volunteer" in #TXvPA. He believed "something was not right" with #Election2020 & reached out, hooked up with Ken Starr, then Mark Martin about a SCOTUS original jurisdiction case.

Judge: Mr. Miller, "Mr. Olsen is perfectly capable of answering WITHOUT YOU LEADING". (Miller is terrible about this, Judge Roland has every right to sanction him but is giving him a lot of latitude.) Olsen is going to break down "facts" of #TXvPA. #EastmanTrial

Kurt Olsen recounts DEBUNKED #2020Election claims & FAILED cases. Trump & allies LOST 63 of 64 court challenges. Olsen admires Amistad Project. Led by Phill Kline, whose law license was indefinitely suspended by Kansas Supreme Court, they lost every election case. #EastmanTrial

Kurt Olsen uses important-sounding words: "Cross validated statistical analysis", "data analytics", "open source research". But it's all bulls*it, they were unqualified cranks like Droz, Favorito & Fried watching hearings on TV & reading junk like Gateway Pundit. #EastmanTrial

He talks about "his view" that places like Allegheny County, PA had "equal protection" issues. He was "looking" at "non-legislative officers (like SoS) taking steps to circumvent clear statutory requirements". "...Violates Electors Clause". #EastmanTrial

Kurt Olsen: Article II of the Constitution states state legislatures determine the "time & manner" of elections. He believes any non-legislative officer changes were violations. He copes & seethes about one of my heroes, @marceelias & Perkins Coie, winning cases. 🥳#EastmanTrial

Kurt Olsen keeps coping & seething, now about #COVID. Olsen says it was "an excuse or basis for non-legislative actors to abrogate election laws". He keeps stating his opinions as fact. Judge reminds Olsen he is NOT an expert witness in this case. #EastmanTrial

Kurt Olsen said upfront he had to leave by 3pm EDT. At 2:30pm, Eastman's counsel is still on Texas v Pennsylvania. Judge Roland is tired of hearing about this case, we know how it ended. Judge: How relevant to Eastman charges? RM: In count 2... Judge: No, not relevant. Move on.

#EastmanTrial Kurt Olsen & Randall Miller are playing with themselves, relitigating issues that were resolved by courts AGAINST THEM (drop boxes, on and on). With 5 minutes left, all Olsen has testified about is #TXvPa which LOST. All direct, no cross. More irrelevant testimony.

#EastmanTrial Randall Miller asking for more trial days. After 10/3-6 he says "at least" 3 days just for testimony. 10/9 is holiday, can do PM 10/12, 10/13 & week of 10/16-20. Carling: Yoo & Favorito took 3 days, Miller takes at least a day. State Bar would like to reserve a day.

#EastmanTrial CA Bar's Carling moves to strike Blehar's "definition" of "State Vote Dumps" as needing expert testimony. Objection sustained. If MAGAs watched news, they'd know that because of COVID, mail in ballots were counted irregularly. Networks made sure to explain this.
