Bucking the trend, the searches for #LongCovid have dropped.

Awareness of the fact that these symptoms are caused by Covid are DOWN.
This is evidence of the total, abject failure of public health organisations WORLDWIDE.
See the original post here which looks at the UK searches...
Worldwide searches for micro clots (found in #LongCovid #LongCovidKids patients)...
Brain fog (damage)...
Dizziness being searched a lot more (common post Covid complaint)...
More ppl searching 'feeling breathless'...
Loss of taste worldwide..
Loss of smell worldwide (many ppl report taste and smell never came back)...

Key take away: #LongCovid #LongCovidKids symptoms are being searched WORLDWIDE as this is a worldwide pandemic.
Searches for the term Long Covid however have decreased due to lack of global recognition/awareness about the long term effects of Covid.

Q. Now the scientific consensus is #CovidIsAirborne & @WHO ADMITS they made a terrible mistake saying airborne mitigations weren't required, when will @NHSuk update our Infection Control Guidelines?
UK Govt: We prefer the old @WHO guidance thanks. Stop asking.
See below...🧵
Chief Scientist from @WHO:
'We were not forcefully saying: “This is an airborne virus.” I regret that we didn't do this much, much earlier.' science.org/content/articl…
Most recent @WHO infection control guidance stating that the airborne route of transmission IS SIGNIFICANT: iris.who.int/handle/10665/3…
Some ppl may recall this letter from @GwynneMP about the Govt position on airborne transmission of Covid.
Well, soon after Gwynne was sacked.
@AshleyDalton_MP has now sent me a new letter! It is unrecognisable from Andrew's.
See below for the NEW govt perspective...🧵
It appears that the govt advisors have done some reading since January 16th 2025...
But it also appears that @UKHSA, in their infinite wisdom, have decided it is NOT necessary to recommend effective Respiratory Protective Equipment (RPE).
They are using the endless prevarication and arse covering from @WHO as an excuse not to protect UK staff and patients.
Looking at how many ppl have been searching common #LongCovid #LongCovidKids symptoms/conditions over the last few years makes for very interesting reading....🧵
Day 3 of covid infection for my 6 year old. It’s been horrific. This evening has been torrential nose bleeds and this is what his skin now looks like. It NEVER looked like this before, he’s never suffered with nose bleeds. #LongCovidKids#LongCovid#MedTwitter
Thank you for all the replies. I called 111 and am waiting on a call now within the hour apparently. His nose bleeds have stopped. I am getting ready to take him in. Difficulty is I have Covid too. My husband has covid and is in bed unable to move. My 8yr old is still awake.
Update: saw a Dr. Said she wasn’t concerned as ‘Covid doesn’t affect chn’. But also said that loads of children are left with skin like this 🤷🏽♀️ plus bad nose bleeds as it ‘does something to the blood vessels’. We came home. She had a blue surgical worn mask under her nose 🤦🏽♀️😷🦠
