We spoke with @kavita_krishnan about the problem on India's airwaves. We interviewed @sudhirchaudhary - one of India's most prominent news hosts, whose show airs on @ZeeNewsHindi.

We asked for his response to critics who accuse him and his channel of uncritical support to the BJP-led national government.

As the fires continue, much of Australia's media - outlets owned by the Murdoch family - are not only dismissing the scientific consensus on the climate crisis, but are peddling false narratives instead.

On August 5, the Indian govt revoked the state's special status and imposed a strict communications blockade.
