When people dismiss trans solidarity as "IDPOL"* they are choosing to selectively ignore the reality.

This is Ohio, three seperate forms of fascist turned up in block to accost and harass people.

Less spicy perhaps but very much reflected here.

1/ From Cable Street to The Great Exhibition pub....

Anarchists don't equivocate when it comes to solidarity with the victims of oppression and hate.

We should recognise with nuance how existance is politicised and used to sow divide, and rather than allow this, it's our 2/

The weirdest thing about the whole #GaryLineker and #bbc malarky is that folk are shocked that the beeb is biased. Ofcourse it's biased. Always has been.

Increasingly so with it's chair (a rabid Tory) and the overwhelming staff demographic of nepotistic public school chums.

Admin note re; Social Media Policy / Follows

In our run from 1k -33k follows, the AF has developed a social media policy, formal and informal. This ranges from not kicking off with bambi accounts to no doxxing. We walk a line between individual and communal responsibilities 1/ and it's not always perfect.

Especially when you're prone to the odd spicey hot take and have a habit of taking the tankie bait.

We are tho, Anarchists. The admin are humans, and we long ago decided that it's best to maintain a personable manner, than be functionaries.

Eva Justin was born on 23 August 1909 in Dresden. She graduated from High School in 1933, the same year Hitler became Chancellor of Germany, and began to study to become a nurse at the University Hospital in Tübingen under Dr Robert Ritter. 1/ Robert Ritter (b. 14 May 1901) was at Tübingen completing studies in child psychology and “criminal inheritability” – the idea that people might, in modern understanding, have a genetic predisposition to ‘criminal behaviour’. 2/

Anyone who chucks a molotov is ANTIFA.
IRA? ANTIFA.
UDA? ANTIFA
MAGA? ANTIFA (Stealth)
YPG? ANTIFA
ISIS? ANTIFA
AL-QUEDA? ANTIFA

MW Antifa as a tactic, funny enough is not one which utilises molotovs.

I'm waiting for The Deadliest ANTIFA show.
P.S. For comrades who might not know...

Young Loyalist lads in Belfast chucked one in a bus at a riot yesterday. The Loyalists are the UK nationalists who think Great Britain and the UK gov gives two shits about Northern Ireland. Which they don't. 1/

Today is International Romani Day.

Stand with GRT (Gypsy, Roma and Traveller) folk against this horrendous bill.

Follow @ResistAntiTresp, share media, talk about it, hit the fucking streets.

@XRebellionUK smash the windows of Barclay's Bank. It's a definite step for them and frankly it's dissapointing to see lots of "more radical than tho" having a pop at them becuase of their general aggy position towards liberals. 1/ If this was @FrontGreen or some such you'd be clapping along and saying right on.

We don't agree with XR on so many things, heck we've been downright hostile at times but the judgement over specific action should be on the action.

#FlagShaggers is trending, some asked how we feel.

The Red and Black isn't a "flag" in the same way as a national flag, it's symbolism and treatment are different.

No one cares if you burn a RnB. It's just some cloth.
No one takes an oath to it and it inspires no loyality.

1/ Red and Black flags fluttering in the wind. The Union Jack was brought into play to unite the patriotically inclined at a time when the British were deeply divided. It was a consolidation and centralisation of identity, chiefly for the purposes of war and economy. As was the English flag, Scottish flag, etc

While watching the GameStop stuff has been mildly hilarious (I mean who doesn't like watching the financial elite squirm?) it's pretty clear that a whole bunch of folk have convinced themselves this is ACTUALLY some kind of revolutionary activity. It isn't. 1/ Image Sure, it's highlighted yet another way in which the bastards profiteer but that's about it, stick it on the pile with the fifty other pro tips to keep the poor, well poor... Like fuck Twitter etc etc (should need saying really I mean we're the fucking Anarchist Federation) but it's important to understand that their (very late) removal of Trump for "Risk of further incitement of violence" is for reasons.

This is the shite his support are sharing. 1/ Banner for "Million Militia March" on the 20th of Tho he conceded (without saying "I lost") I think pretty much everyone agrees he's quite capable of causing the missing militias and street fash that support him to turn up the 20th and make the Coup Klux Klan look like a bunfight.

Look, I didn't like Ashli Babbitt's politics, I laugh at the hypocrisy of the fash's actions yesterday and there is a degree of "oh well".

However it's utterly disgusting that so many comrades across the board are celebrating a police murder 1/ Two photos of Ashli Babbitt. Her death was justifiable by the metric of the stoic libertarian, "she breached a barricade and got shot" or "do stupid things, win stupid prizes", but it is not justifiable by ours.

The state should not go around murdering people. End off.

Capital Hill Riot.

I watch these scenes and I think, Well heck, not only are they absolute hypocrites they come took r jobs! It's Anarchists who should be storming the joint!

(This scene was shortly before the shooting, which to me looked like a misfire, but maybe not IDK.)
1/ Then I remember instead of mostly street cops with little more than high viz and a whistle my comrades were up against militerised death brigades.

In my experiance after major events in the US/turle Island, such as todays march in DC, there are days of debate and discussion across social media.

Not all of this is in bad faith and lot's of it is the fielding right leaning and liberal questions about Anarchism.

1/ An illustration of one man ... Not everyone has the energy or inclination to take this on especially given the pre-established patterns of sea-lioning and aggression from the right wing especially.

I just wanted to say it's ok to tag us (@AnarchistFed) or @AnarchistAsk into a thread.

There are dozens of videos and social media posts where the right wing / Trump support are spewing venom at the cops for you know, doing cop stuff as they cycle back into the "we're the underdog" narratives now their man is heading out of office. 1/ They seem utterly ignorant that even as they carry on with themselves the police reaction is significantly less hostile than it was against similar "leftist" events.

This is the energy that they'll be bringing for the "Spitting our dummy out" march later.

Stay safe DC x

We believe in prison abolition as one of the principles of Anarchism. It's a complex issue but one founded in "more compassion and support = a better happier society"

How we treat people we are "angry at" on a social level, says a lot about us. 1/ Norway's recidivism rate is 20%, prior to the reforms of the last 60's/70's, they had a punative system which saw recidivism in the 90 percentile for young offenders.

So now they are held up by liberals as the shining light of reform, compassion having proven results.

One of the common misconceptions about Anarchists is that we are opposed to being "organised" that the very existance of an organisation such as ours is an oxymoron.

So let's talk about how we organise.
1/
For an anarchist organisation. to remain non-hierarchical and non-authoritarian it is essential that roles and responsibilities are distributed evenly. For federation-wide roles, we operate a formal structure of delegation and direct democracy with recallable delegates,

I want you to think about this.

@PortlandPolice allowed Proud boys to attack protestors with chemical weapons, shoot at people, attack them with batons and then protected them as they left before demanding that the protestors disperse.
1/ Now they have said they won't get involved between conflicts between "willing participants". This is to say "we won't stop racist organisations attacking those who protest them", despite the obvious fact that most protestors are liberal and much less violently minded.

We will not be responding to any commentary on this thread. The politics behind these protests are complex, diverse in character and not always savoury.
