Here's my break down of today's closing arguments in #JoshDuggar's trial. I had to sit in the overflow room for the first half of the day.
Judge Brooks started by reminding the jury to make a decision based on the facts and without sympathy or prejudice.
Here's what the prosecution had to prove to the jury beyond a reasonable doubt.
Please note that I use "child pornography" in this b/c that is the legal term used by Judge Brooks in court. I see and hear you all who say "child sexual abuse materials" is the better term.
