Kindly follow nd RT 2. Meat packaging: You can start by buying both poultry and goat meats from processors. Goat and broiler meat has special tastes and not readily available. You can brand and package these products and sell to some special customers.
You need a small cooling unit to start this.

10 TIPS FOR GOOD PULLET REARING
1. Source for your Day old chicks from a reliable hatchery.
2. Have a separate man power for the brooder unit when the birds arrive.Ensure old birds attendants don't go near the unit
3. Maintain a brooder temperature of 34°C for 1st-3rd day
#Thread 31°C on the 4th-7th day. This is very important to reduce high mortality rate. Get a thermometer to monitor brooder temp.
4. Make feed nd water available before chicks arrive.Don't try a fire fire approach like me. It can be costly. You can spread the feeds on newspaper on day 1

BROILER PROCESSING & MARKETING
The temporary closure of the Nigeria borders has increased the demand for locally produced poultry products. While the price of imported turkey has skyrocketed, people are now ware of the freshness and good taste of broilers. Broiler processing is the same as broiler dressing and packaging. It's simply done by series of processes that will be discussed here.
But before I discuss this processes, it's important we highlight our target markets and potential customers.
