How can @StableJack_xyz provide a 28% yield for $aUSD?

🟠 There is no incentive or token inflation
🔴 Yield depends on the demand for $xAVAX compared to $aUSD
🟣 Paid in $sAVAX, so allows $AVAX exposure while holding stables
🔵 It may long for a while but possibly stabilize around 15-17%

Stable Jack is a yield and volatility trading platform for any asset, starting with $sAVAX. It is similar to Pendle.

Since $xAVAX holders get exposed to all the volatility, $xAVAX provides leveraged returns while $aUSD provides leveraged yield returns as it is exposed to all the yield.

$aUSD holders give up the volatility while $xAVAX holders give up the yield.

Some reflections on @StableJack_xyz's launch:

It has been 4 days since we launched Stable Jack, wanted to share some of my observations.

1⃣Timing

The timing to launch a product is a difficult thing. Everyone would love to launch in the best market possible.

However, you can't time the market, so it is best to launch ASAP. If you wait, that won't do any good. 2⃣Yield is king

Most people who minted $aUSD preferred to stake $aUSD into the Rebalance Pool.

This shows that @avax ecosystem participants are eager to find new sources of yield.

Also, it proves that the market is driven by yield, speculation comes second.
