[Important Thread] My position on #OpeningAZ. As a doctor I cannot express enough how central every patient's symptom and life is to my care and practice and life purpose. In this pandemic like with any illness or illnesses,ethically every patient is equal and every treatment 1/9 should be balanced. So, the public cacophony that even a suggestion of being in favor of urgently opening our economies-- yesterday-- but doing so smartly and staged, will somehow then be responsible for subsequent COVID19 deaths is simply demagogic and "illness trading" 2/9

While the American economy, especially small businesses, are savaged in this mandated shutdown it bears noting that your small business doctors (who in many states can be 50% of care provided) from primary care to 1/6 specialties completely depend, like any business, upon throughput and are essentially fee-for-service.
