Interesting report by @GreenAllianceUK exploring how #digitalsolutions are key to enabling businesses to reduce energy wastage & ensure buildings reach #netzero carbon by 2050.
The Energy Data Taskforce has delivered a strategy for a Modern, Digitalised Energy System based two key principles – filling in the data gaps through requiring new and better-quality data, and maximising its value by embedding the presumption that data is open. #EDTF
A staged approach should be taken with the first two visibility steps driven and encouraged by regulation, while operational optimisation and open markets can be developed from increased access to data..
