Look, a whole #Ethereum universe running inside a home rack.

✅1 L1 node (@go_ethereum+@sigp_io LH) + 3 validators.
@arbitrum, @gnosischain & @Starknet L2 nodes.
@ethswarm, @IPFS & @ethstatus.

All in <$1,500 gear consuming <40w.

Break down 👇 All clients run in 4 Rock 5B ARM64 boards with the same config:

✔️@theradxa Rock 5B board (16 GB): $189
✔️Acrylic case with passive heatsink: $13
✔️Crucial P2 NVMe SSD 2TB: $140
✔️MicroSD: $8
✔️Ethernet cable: $6
✔️Power supply: $9

Total cost: $371 x4 = $1,484

This little beast just synced the #Ethereum mainnet in 19 hours (@go_ethereum).

It is a @theradxa Rock 5B ARM board with a @IloveRockchip RK3588 CPU, 16 GB RAM & 4x NVMe.

This board is a breakthrough & will allow to run post-merge ARM nodes with all available clients.

+info 👇 Image To put things into perspective, here is a benchmark ran by @jcrtp_eth comparing it with the Raspberry Pi 4.

We ran the pibenchmarks storage script as well scoring >27,000 (didn't see any Pi above 9,000).

Today it’s been 1 year since we started staking on a @Raspberry_Pi 4 running a local #Ethereum 1 node & 1 #eth2 node (Beacon+Validator) in the same Rpi

28 Block Proposals & 81,032 Attestations running a 15w powered device. Almost 0 downtime & some minor issues

+info & tips👇 Validator info

- Validator clients: @ethnimbus, @prylabs Prysm & @sigp_io Lighthouse
- Current client: Nimbus
- Proposed blocks: 28
- Attestations: 81,032
- Missed block proposals: 0
- Missed attestations: 1,061
- Balance: 34.4 ETH

Full validation #ethereum node synced (pruned mode) running @ErigonEth in a @Raspberry_Pi 4. I guess this is game over for the "it is impossible to sync a full Ethereum node" narrative. Congrats to the team for developing such an amazing client. 👇 Image Again, this is a full validation node, so it verifies all blocks and executes all transactions that ever happened in the Blockchain. And all this is done with a <200 € hardware set up.
