ETHW Core Published the 3rd (Mainnet) Code Update
Release Notes:
1. ChainID change feature. This update lets ETHW support ChainID dynamic change between 1 and 10001.
2. Network ID change feature. This feature lets ETHW use a different network ID to separate the broadcast

3. Updating starting difficulty parameter and boot-node server list, which is used to bootstrap ETHW.
4. Merge newly released ETH changes after the ETHW previous release.
