Reading a book is 1 thing but applying what u learn from it is quite another but this time its different. Have made so changes, incorporated new routines so no hurry to finish 1. The 2nd Law of Behavior Change is make it attractive.
The more attractive an opportunity is, the more likely it is to become habit-forming.
