Trust-based assets are typically:
> undercollateralised
> weak promises
> issued by intermediaries
eg bank and CEX deposits

Whereas provable assets are:
> fully collateralised
> immutable commitments
> enforced by smart contracts
eg cryptocurrencies and #defi deposits
