The Supreme Court has already affirmed that these tariffs were unlawful. The condition for issuing the mandate has been satisfied. There is no legal basis for further delay.

BREAKING: Following our Supreme Court victory in V.O.S. Selections v. Trump, LJC and co-counsel @Neal_Katyal have filed coordinated motions in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the CIT to enforce the ruling and initiate tariff refunds.
At the Federal Circuit, Plaintiffs moved for immediate issuance of the mandate so jurisdiction can return to the CIT. Until the mandate issues, the CIT cannot act. Issuing it allows the lower court to implement the Supreme Court’s decision. libertyjusticecenter.org/wp-content/upl…
