🚨BREAKING: LJC declares VICTORY for parents' rights after the State of California failed to appeal a court decision upholding the Chino Valley Unified School District’s authority to notify parents when their children request changes to official or unofficial records. 🧵libertyjusticecenter.org/pressrelease/l… THIS fight for parents' rights began in 2023 when AG Bonta sued Chino Valley to block its parental notification policy—pushing to keep parents in the dark if their minor child requested a different name, pronouns, or facilities that differed from their sex at birth, or sought changes to school records.
