Another #LongCovid clusterf*ck: @UHN's LC clinic called me a few months ago offering an appt for memory testing (w some kind of treatment options, of which I was skeptical). Did the appt today. What did dr recommend? GET. When I told her GET was debunked... 1/3
she told me we were obviously reading different literature. Bc they see that the majority of LC patients recover. What?!? The majority of pwLC stop going to the doctor because: 1) drs can't help them; 2) going to the dr takes precious energy; 3) they can't risk reinfection.
