If any act is a nullity in law then any proceedings flowing from it are also void. A nullity can't be perpetuated. PM losses right to dissolve NA when VNC is pending. Dismissing VNC was unconstitutional & through that PM assuming right to ask President to dissolve NA is also void If the Supreme Court accepts that Assemblies stand dissolved and elections should take place then that in effect would be validating today's unconstitutional proceedings. The SC will most likely reverse all proceedings & direct for VNC to be put to vote in line with Constitution

Thread #PoliceTorture: 28yr #AmirMasih worked as gardener in PF Colony. Was called by local Police from North Cantt PS regarding reported robbery in the area. He abided by their request, went wilfully only to be detained by police for 4 days without any intimation to his family During these 4 days #AmirMasih was subjected to such severe torture that Police took him for treatment to local cant hospital on 2 Sept which refused treatment without MLC as police wanted treatment unofficially. He was beaten at hospital for not being able to stand himself. See:
