I don’t want to frighten my fellow silence breakers but considering what I’ve been subjected to since speaking out about Roman Polanski sexually assaulting me as a child I feel it’s vital to remind you that your mobile phone and other devices like an iPad are tracking devices. My advice to you is to get a hard line installed and cease using a mobile phone. If you decide to carry/use a mobile then always keep the location off, keep it in airplane mode and in a Faraday bag when not in use.
Also, be mindful that you are able to be geolocated via apps.

The same bed on which he tied me up like a pretzel when I was a little girl and raped me...so many memories at this house I’d rather forget.

The difference was, in my case,

After Issac Kappy was murdered, I needed to know in a more tangible way the truth so, I did something I try not to do anymore, I left my body and went to his.
What I saw was extremely distressing, so much so it caused me to have far worse C-PTSD symptoms than I normally do. I started grinding my back molars, both during the day and at night. The pain was getting very bad.
Our orthodontist fitted me for teeth guards, like the clear retainers children now get after their braces are removed, which I now wear all the time.
