17 months ago, I filed a Title IIX complaint against a coworker for creating a radially hostile workplace. It is JUST now finished. The investigation took 12+ months by itself.
Silent treatments & text campaigns by his friends, my colleagues, to rally support for him.
It became pretty uncomfortable to be at work, watching my back, not knowing who may sabotage or what lengths they would go through since they readily rallied behind him, who was immediately removed from the workplace and NEVER asked me, who was always present, any details

My VERY Midwestern podmate is occasionally chirping about random things in her life to the back my head. All my tasks are complete, breakfast is in my belly, I'm well caffeinated, my patients are tucked... the moment is good
And there is a rare silence in the psych zone...😊

We have so many people who lack even the most basic, elementary school-level science literacy in this country, who cite "decreased oxygen intake" or "carbon dioxide retention" as a reason it to not wear a mask in public.
If only there were some way to accurately measure oxygen saturation or detect CO2 retention while wearing the masks, then MAYBE the fact resistant contingent of our population who are throwing tantrums over
