BREAKING:
The Canadian government officially triggers the start of a legal pathway to hold the regime in Iran accountable for its shoot-down of Flight #PS752.
Canada, Ukraine, Sweden, UK invoked the 1971 Montreal convention, on behalf of their nationals killed onboard the flight. #PS752
Under Article 14 of the Convention the parties have 6 months to agree on arbitration --in this case, Canada, Ukraine, Sweden, UK negotiating with the regime in Iran.
Failing those negotiations the case may be brought before the International Court of Justice at the Hague.

Iranian rapper Toomaj turns 32 today, in an Isfahan prison - where he has been severely tortured by the Islamic Republic's authorities for weeks.
He's reportedly refusing to stay silent - shouting anti-regime slogans, with others joining in.

BREAKING: Canada announces another round of sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Most notably against Morteza Talaei - Tehran's police chief when Iranian-Canadian citizen Zahra Kazemi was tortured, ultimately culminating in her death.
He was seen in Toronto in 2021.
Other individuals and entities sanctioned, include:
"If the murderer had been white and the victim black, everything would have been different."
Italian paper @Corriere accuses NYT of downplaying the murder of Italian grad student Davide Giri.
Giri was stabbed to death by a suspected gang member.
"This story offers a disturbing look at the 'new journalism', militant and conditioned by its ideological agenda. Even its crime reporting bends to this tribal logic."
