this looks so cool but I’m quite disappointed seeing a well known and well documented problematic figure in this space be hired alongside all of my friends whose work I WOULD want to support. I can’t in good conscience support any project he writes on, or recommend it to y’all.
And yes, this is re: DF. His past work is racist, used blood quantum to argue why he should be “allowed” to write indigenous content, CONSTANTLY speaks over POC who call him out, manufactures discourse to drive sales, and has been “learning and growing” for YEARS.

dear anyone who’s looking for art for their projects:
Full copyright transfers are expensive. If you want a full copyright transfer (ie to OWN the art), expect to pay AT LEAST $1,000 (artists should be charging at LEAST double their base price)
Why? 👇🏽
A FCT means you now own the art, and can do anything you want with it: merch/prints, edit it, resell the rights to someone else, etc
Most don’t NEED a FCT. There are other options for commercial licenses that allow artists to retain rights & are cheaper for the client.
