#BREAKING: #CyberNinjas file for emergency hearing after their security plans were made public, blames court for releasing.

"Although the court had knowledge since 11:02am that the parties agreed that Exhibit D9 should be sealed... the Court released Exhibit D9 to the public." The filing also cites #ABC15's reporting from last night on the #AZAudit and the company's security team planning for potential attack by "Antifa"

Last night, #ABC15 reported security records were filed publicly with the Maricopa Co. Clerk of court despite agreements that it would remain sealed.

In it, a "Phoenix Law Enforcement Officers Association" was cited as providing security.

Except, no one's ever heard of them This organization is NOT @azplea.
In fact, reps for the union tell ABC15 they don't think that union exists.
No one working with #AZAudit reached out to PLEA for any security for the coliseum.
They are not involved at all.

As tabulators head back to @MaricopaVote, @RecordersOffice says
"We suspect all the machines will require recertification...We don’t know what the Senate’s contractors did with the tabulation equipment or if they even inspected all the machines." #ABC15 Says they are working on a plan to make sure machines can be used in future elections & certified under state & federal law.

Okay, so an employee with Wake TSI, one of the subcontracting companies working in the coliseum just walked all the way into the stands from the floor, stood right in front of me and took a photo. Just me.

I have no idea why. I asked, got no response. He walked away. My shift inside the Coliseum is up, so I've left the building.
I still don't know why this happened.
I was in my assigned area, with two security guards behind me. I am not operating the live feed you all are seeing.

No idea what was inside.. He put it down at a table that looks like it handles ballot box processing. Then, someone set it down in a corner (away from other boxes) in the cage where ballots sit.

There’s a crowd outside @MaricopaVote tonight. Just formed about an hour ago or so. They’re trying to gain access inside the tabulation center and claiming to be journalists. #ABC15 At least one woman a know member of the AZ Patriots Movement, a well known valley extremist group. They’re asking questions about #SharpieGate, and whether county elections are still accepting votes.

They’re not.

Okay, so let’s clear the air here.

Using a sharpie on your ballot IS OK.
Your ballot WILL COUNT. Yes, the ink could bleed through if you use one to fill out your 🗳, but that’s not going to cause an issue when tabulating your ballot.
