1/ Firstly, the Finance Dept did not approve of #AntiCowSlaughter because of the huge financial implications. The Dept says this is not a feasible idea as the Govt is already finding it difficult to make ends meet.

1/n The theory of two nations was first proposed in #Savarkar’s book, Essentials of Hindutva & was later passed as a resolution by the Hindu Mahasabha in 1937.
In 1940, All India Muslim League, led by Jinnah adopted this concept in its Lahore session. Why blame Pt. Nehru?
