Complete political tragic. All over the spectrum policy-wise. Can't stand current govt / PM & want them out. Frustratingly also consider the opposition useless.

@nicholasphilp If the business has no significant assets to secure against, it'll be a lot tougher to get a lender to back you.

What do you need the money for - opex, capex, working capital? Will it be invested in a new asset acquisition against which it can reasonably be secured? @nicholasphilp What's the outlook going forward - do you have a path back into the black?

What's your position with existing creditors; are things looking dicey there, or is the cashflow to keep your suppliers paid looking solid? How much existing debt is the business carrying?

Had my C19 vaccine today (first dose). Hutt DHB. Here's my experience of how it all went.

Overall I wasn't too impressed with the initial booking process, but everything else has been extremely well executed, and exceeded my expectations. I was asked to book my vaccination appointment a couple of weeks ago. That booking process was extremely manual, involving emailing identity & organisation information to a community provider I'd never heard of, then waiting for a callback, which occurred a few hours later.

#nzpol 1/ So, from the start. Back in January, it was clear that this might merit some attention, or might be nothing much. Spending a couple of grand to put a few people in a room brainstorming possible scenarios for if it reached NZ, or became a major global threat, would have been a

National is currently campaigning as if they have no desire to win the upcoming general election. Their actions do not align with that ideal, and lack the coherency and strategy needed for victory.

Long thread sorry.

#nzpol @paulabennettmp @NZNationalParty 1. Persuasion required.
2. National looks electable, but...
3. ...they don't look desirable.
4. National has no message.
5. National feels worse.
6. Voters need a reason to move. National isn't providing it.
