This appears to be the best list so far of the Taliban's 33-member interim setup: *Mostly Pashtuns, 2 Tajiks, 1 Uzbek. Majority facing UN sanctions. Sirajuddin Haqqani has a $5-mn US bounty on his head.
*UN Security Council to meet on Sept 21 to consider extension of travel exemptions for 15 leaders, incl Baradar. If not extended, can't travel abroad.

It appears the 6 countries that will be at inauguration/announcement/whatever of new Taliban government are Turkey, China, Russia, Iran, Qatar & Pakistan. Interesting: Saudi Arabia & UAE, which along with Pakistan were only 3 nations to recognise last Taliban regime, don't appear to have scored an invite.
