To whom it may concern: if you have someone in your life who is #disabled or chronically ill and they tell you they can't do something, believe them. If someone with a dynamic disability tells you they can only do something during a short window of the afternoon, believe them.
If they say they can't take your phone call bc they're resting, don't demand further explanation. Don't insist on telling them something that can wait until tomorrow. Don't demand their attention right now when they say they can't give it.

Unpopular opinion: scented dryer sheets should be banned.
I don't know who needs to hear this, but #SARS2 makes many of us even more sensitive to chemical fragrances and other toxic substances like these.

It makes the initial summary easier, which for me usually is something like: I have symptoms affecting mult systems of the body incl digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory...
