When I was younger, my brother held 45 up as an example. He used 45 to belittle our parents. We are adopted (from different states/situations). So we finally have enough testing supplies and a properly outfitted team shows up at a randomly selected location and tests every person present.
In this location, let's say it is a middle school with 1000 student, staff, and even visitors tested. /1
All are tested and those who want results will be informed whether showing symptoms or not.

I think it is critical that the Fairness Doctrine be reinstated by the next Congress and then end Citizens United. End gerrymandering. /1
We have a lot of work that will have to be done and it will take longer to fix than it did to destroy.
Quality medical care for all...and insurance reform be it Medicare for All or other phased in program.

I am not sure if I am a pragmatist or a pessimist but, I think for every externally reported Chinese number, it should be multiplied by 20 and that is likely the more realistic number of cases in any Chinese jurisdiction.
