For about 5 months, I have been deliberate about my health and nutrition, more emphasis on the latter because I belong to the school of thought that says "you are what you eat". If I tell you I have been a 100% on track, I would be a hypocrite. I would however be between An 89 and 93 ,on my really good days and weeks, I was a 95.. inspite of me breaking a few rules ,there were somethings I did not compromise on.
1. Carbonated drinks ( will not touch that thing with a 6 foot pole)
2.fasting ( even at my weakest , I still fasted , on my worst days

As humans, we all have a guiding principle(s) we abide by, some of these principles are as old as time while others were founded based off personal experiences. Be it good or bad, we are subject to our principles which somewhat has become second nature to us.

Back in Uni, I had a friend who could never stand gay people , not like he hated them or anything, he just could not understand what was so interesting on a guys body. He would steer clear of you but you dare not walk up to him to say any gay shit or propose Jack to him. I on the other hand was indifferent about those gay guys, it was a thing in Unilag and quite a number of people cared less.
