اولین عامل، روزه تناوبیه که در ویدئو گفته شد، فقط چیزی که جا موند بحث مصرف قند در خاورمیانه یا بهتره بگیم غرب آسیاست که از همه جای دنیا بالاتره و قند هم که غذای سرطانه.
