Most of us are confident that #Bitcoin is going to win… And it probably will.
But then what??
Do we just become Lambo bros?
The new establishment or a parasitic elite?
Or
Do we become more?
I’ve spent the last two years asking this question.
A thread on some of my findings 👇🧵
I've complied my findings into a book: The Bushido of Bitcoin

1/ People view Bitcoin as just another technology, but it's much more than that. Bitcoin is a technologically driven socio-economic transformation, and with that comes both massive benefits and hurdles.
2/ Becoming global money will not be easy.
Bitcoin will face many headwinds, and the journey will be lined with corpses. It takes time to achieve critical mass, and there will be pushback from incumbents. But nothing great was ever achieved without sacrifice

The Warrior Ethos
"Modern man is but a slave to his innate animal instinct - the instinct of self-preservation"
A Thread 🧵 2/ Modern man has lost touch with the higher ideals of the Warrior Ethos - which are most eloquently described by Steven Pressfield in the book by the same name.
(a short, very worthy read)

A thread on privacy, anonymity, courage and cowardice.
🧵
There’s much nuance here.
@jordanbpeterson's recent poll & position on anonymity on the web shows that there is a real clash of worldviews.
Can Bitcoin makes Austrian Economics practical & possible?

In this thread, and the associated essay (which you can click below to read), I will explore how the Keynesians won some battles this century, but will ultimately lose the war.
bitcoinmagazine.com/culture/bitcoi…2/ R.I.P. bitcoin. You have finally died. You’ve lost your luster. The Ponzi has ended. The show is over. It’s time to go home.
bitcoinmagazine.com/culture/why-we…2/ If life could be described as some form of anti-entropic force, then humans could be regarded as the most advanced, complex structure that has emerged from it (at least that we’re certain of).
This force of “life” seems to transform chaos into order.
