December 2021 (top of crypto/stocks), I told my Patreon's that Market's are not looking good, and that we will likely go into a Bear Market.
Since that day, not once have I flip/flopped my position up until now.

1. We're not in a Housing Bubble crash (2008), or .Com crash (2000's). We are in Dollar Crash (Inflation crash/1970's) like environment.
