One year after mainnet, @osmosiszone, the largest interchain #DeFi AMM, will undergo its first "thirdening". 🧪Osmosis' thirdening, a play on the #Bitcoin "halvening", is an annual emissions reduction event where the amount of $OSMO released into circulation is reduced by a third.

Emissions will be continually reduced until the asymptotic max supply of 1B $OSMO.
