For the last 2 years, I've worked my ass off. I know I've dedicated 14+ hours a day to coding, work, and college.

Will I recommend it to others? NO!

Why? 👇🏻 We all talk about grinding. Yes, that's good! You should work towards your goal, but not at the expense of risking your health(physical and mental).

I feel this is the major reason for our frequent burnout. The unhealthy balance.
