My PLAB 1 result just came out & I scored 157/180 (~87%). I was able to achieve this on my first attempt despite having prepped for just 6 months, juggling between 40-hr/wk ER shifts.

1. Have a solid plan
Set a fixed time plan for your preparation. My exam was in August and I started properly preparing in February. I made a 6-month weekly plan, deciding specific plans & topics to cover until exam day. The worst thing you can do is cram towards D-day.
