The COVID19 vaccine struggle rages on, w many (including this author) arguing that we have too many doses lying in wait - and that we should overlap 1A+1B.
But I’m realizing this is an overly health system-centric view - we’re nowhere close to done w 1A. 1/
In 24h, we @OakStreetHealth saw 1000+ Chicago community HCWs signal they want the vaccine, most in small independent practices.
In the first 30min, 500 signed up for vaccine appts. 😳
