Context to relevance of trouble makers who actually are in 5 districts of just 7% of land mass. Please note entire Kashmir is just 7% of area that acceded to India on 26 Oct 1947. Constitution didn't even exist. Much less article 370. Anything that was contrived later by Nehru"uddin" later was unconstitutional as took away equality for Hindus and Sikhs and Buddhists and ladies in J&K and favoured the Muslims unlawfully. It is ultra vires of the basic tenets of equality to all in India. Hence unconstitutional.
