🚨 We have uncovered that @SecBecerra failed to follow the Constitution and the law to reappoint top NIH officials when their terms expired in December 2021.

As a result, 14 NIH officials held unlawful positions and exercised authority they didn’t have. This includes Dr. Fauci—the highest paid federal employee—who served unlawfully & without a proper appointment from Dec 2021 to his retirement.

It was during this time that he awarded a new grant to EcoHealth Alliance, despite scrutiny of risky research it facilitated in China.

Here's a bit about my #prolife story. I’ve never had an abortion, but I gave thought in my younger years of what I would do if I found myself pregnant and alone. It would have been a desperate situation. I can imagine an abortion seeming like an easy solution.

It breaks my heart to think anyone would consider abortion as their only option or the best option.

There have been some calls—from both sides of the aisle—for a Big Government to mandate or dictate free speech or ensure fairness online. These proposals are not consistent with the #FirstAmendment. It shouldn't be the @FCC, @FTC , or any government agency’s job to moderate free speech online.  Instead, we should continue to provide oversight of Big Tech & their use of #Section230, and also encourage constructive discussions on the responsible use of content moderation.

But earlier this year, I challenged others to find ways to reach out to those who are not yet friends of the pro-life community by sharing their stories. So, this is my story cc: @RuthMarcus.
