On Tuesday, July 21, 2020, the Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office approved criminal charges against Jacqueline Mora (21, Zion) in the death of Greagory X.J. Gilmore (23, Waukegan) on July 20, 2020.
Mora was charged with two counts of First Degree Murder. She will appear before a bond court judge on Wednesday, July 22, 2020.

2003 Dr. Shi Zhengli, known as “The Bat Lady”, was a virologist from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, has been studying bats and coronaviruses for since the 2003 outbreak. She was the first to locate the key to how cross-species transmission can happen that would infect humans.
Since 2010, Zhengli and her team have been studying how coronaviruses can be transmitted to humans.
In 2010, Zhengli and her team finally published a paper showing how they discovered “the passageway for coronaviruses to enter human bodies.”
