Share a Coffee Learnings #buildinpublic

2 weeks ago I decided to start a daily newsletter that featured a creator each day and bought them a coffee.

After 10 issues and over $100 in coffees, here are a few takeaways as a totally new newsletter writer.

👇 1) Automate as much as possible

I had very little automated to start. Shipping daily took way more time than I anticipated.

Personal outreach to creators and editing bios is where I add value so I do that manually. Everything else is ruthlessly automated.

The product I'm building for this is a collection of workflow automations (think Integromat and Zapier)

Automation is something I have a lot of expertise in. It's what I gravitated towards when I first got into no-code. My background as an API dev also helps.

I have some credibility in it as an Integromat Partner and through helping numerous clients and no-code makers.

Been following the @makerpad #t30 #nocode challenge and all of the entries are amazing.

Shipping something in a month is something to be really proud of.
