I recently had a chat with a friend and he told me he had holes in the two sides of his premolars. Ouch! How does he crush bones you wonder? He went further to disclose that the holes were the aftermath of his diet. #DCLM#WednesdayWisdom
Since childhood, he had been choosy about what to eat, his choices were mainly carbohydrates and sugar.
Then I advised him to change his diet. He frankly replied that he knows that is the solution but he doesn't want to do it. #DCLM#WednesdayWisdom
